Check-in for rooms and apartments starts at 3:00 p.m.
Early arrivals are possible only upon request and subject to availability.

Check-out time is by 10:00 a.m.
A late check-out may be requested at Reception and, if available, might incur an additional charge depending on the time requested.

You may check out either the day before or on the day of departure.
However, especially during busy holiday weeks, we recommend completing check-out the afternoon before you leave, during Reception hours, to avoid any delays on your departure day.

Daily cleaning and final housekeeping are included in the rate for all our accommodations.

Additional services and extras can be paid for at the time of use or at the end of your stay.

For phone bookings, once availability and rate are confirmed, the reservation can be finalized by paying a 50% deposit, either via:

Yes, children up to 2 years old stay free of charge if sharing the parents’ bed.
A baby cot is available on request at € 10 per day.

Rooms and apartments are designed for 2, 4, 6 or 8 guests.
Where space allows, an additional rollaway bed can be arranged.

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, with 8 access points (one per floor and two in the garden).
The password can be found inside your accommodation.
