  • The history of Domus Volumnia

    Domus Volumnia, was founded by the Cervini family after fulfilling the task of "Creative Farm" for Rossano Cervini's work as Graphic Designer for important national and international companies. Brands, images and packaging of great impact that still live on in the market and in history were born here. A place with a strong energy and atmosphere where company owners, managers and communication and image professionals met to get away from everyday life, find a dimension of serenity and be able to project themselves into creating the future.

  • Your home in Perugia

    Domus Volumnia, having completed its function as a "Creative Farmhouse", has been completely renovated and dedicated to accommodation facilities where art and quality come together. Located in a villa built in the 1700s, enlarged and decorated in Art Nouveau style in the early 1900s, and renovated according to modern accommodation needs in 2000, to maintain the atmosphere of its history. Surrounded by nature, only 500 m. from the Etruscan archaeological site of the Volumni, from which the name and brand derive.

    The philosophy that guides this business isn't that of a traditional hotel, with us NOTHING IS STANDARD everything is designed to be tailored to your needs. Each flat is furnished differently and has its own charm, the services are multiple, on request and customisable.

    To meet the different accommodation needs we provide Standard rooms, Junior Suites, Comfort Apartments, Superior Apartments, De Luxe Apartments, Big Family Apartment. Our accommodations have panoramic views stretching from Assisi and Mount Subasio to Deruta and Todi, all finely furnished with original period furniture and fine finishes, independent air-conditioning, flat screen satellite TV, bathroom with shower, living room with fully equipped kitchen, decorated with historical reproductions and original works of art. The attention to the smallest details lends an atmosphere of elegance and warm refinement.

  • The atmosphere

    In our Residence you are welcomed by the smile and friendliness of Roberta and Rossano, who inhabit the place and take care of the smallest details, as well as Massimo and Aurora and the reception staff who will assist you in the different needs of your stay. A welcome offered with sobriety and refinement, to an unconventional tourism, polite and respectful, who loves to stay in the comfort of their exclusive apartment, in complete freedom.

  • Complete the structure

    Large garden with tall trees, swimming pool with salt water, shower, parasols, deckchairs, heated Jacuzzi (from May to October) gazebo with tables and armchairs, barbecue, outdoor kitchen, tables and chairs for outdoor dining. Laundry room consisting of a washing machine, a clothesline and on request services of drying and ironing. Parking with reserved parking spaces inside the fence accessible with your own remote control.
